Everpro is the main distributor of Buffalo products in Malaysia for Ni Hsin Corporation Sdn Bhd ("NHC"),
a subsidiary of Ni Hsin Resources Berhad which is listed on Bursa Malaysia Second Board.
Everpro is a related company of the Ni Hsin Group.

NHC was incorporated in Malaysia in 1989 to take over the manufacturing operations in Taiwan.
The manufacturing operations in Taiwan had a long history dating back to 1957 when Mr Hsiao Tsai Sheng
started the stainless steel cookware plant.
Through continuous investments in research and development efforts, NHC is the most technologically advanced
stainless steel cookware production plant in Asia. This is evidenced by the highly sought after certifications

Sun-East Homes Sdn Bhd ("Suneast") was incorporated in Malaysia in year 2006.
Suneast is a specialist in internet sales and marketing and works with Everpro Sdn Bhd to sell and

Brief History of Ni Hsin Group:
1957
Chairman Hsiao Tsai Sheng established Ni Hsin Corporation in Taipei, Taiwan.
1985
Ni Hsin Corporation obtained qualified product accredited plant SG certificate from the Home Appliances Examination
Board of Japan. At that time, not more than 20 companies worldwide had this certification.
1990
Ni Hsin Corporation built a 100,000 sqft production plant with modern facilities in Balakong, Selangor.
1992
Everpro Sdn Bhd was established and the 40cm Space Wok made of "Buffalo Clad" was launched.
This 40cm Space Wok remains the most popular item.
1996
The second phase of the factory was completed. The production plant with comprehensive facilities is now sited on
200,000 sqft of land.
Ni Hsin Group obtained U.L. certification from USA.
1999
Ni Hsin Group obtained International ISO 9001 certificate.
2000
Ni Hsin Group’s quality convex mirror plant won international acclaim.
2001
Ni Hsin Corporation established a branch in Shanghai, China.
2003
Ni Hsin Group obtained Superbrand award.
2004
Ni Hsin Group obtained Superbrand award.
2005
Ni Hsin Group was listed on Bursa Malaysia Second Board on 28 July 2005.
Enco Rice Bowl was launched.
2006
Smart Cooker was launched. This product was very well received by the customers as it met the
customers’ requirements.
2007
Buffalo Biotech Water Machine, which produced the unique "p-water" was launched.
