| Ingredients: |
- 150g whole chicken thigh, remove the bone, cut into small pieces and marinate with adequate olive oil for 10 minutes
- 150g prawns, remove the shell and the veins
- 100g cuttle fish, cut into 1.2cm thick circle ring
- 20g red capsicum, diced
- 20g yellow capsicum, diced
- 20g green capsicum, diced
- 100g tomato, diced
- 300g rice
- 300ml broth

- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 10g tumeric, peeled and diced
- 10g garlic, peeled and diced
- 150g onion, peeled and diced

| Seasoning: |
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock granule
|
| Steps: |
- Put the extra ingredients into smart cooker, press "reheat" and stir fry until fragrant.
- Pour rice and broth into smart cooker, choose "white rice" and press "start".
- When the steam is out, open the cover, put the rest of the ingredients onto the rice and close cover.
- When the smart cooker finishes the cooking process, dish out the rice.
- Ready to serve.
