Delivery

All deliveries to:

1) Locations within West Malaysia are free of charge (subject to a minimum purchase of RM 100), unless special handling is required, in which case Sun-East Homes Sdn Bhd would confirm that the Purchaser is willing to bear these charges prior to executing the order.

2) All other locations: Local or international shipping rates (as appropriate) are calculated for each order. The Purchaser are then notified by e-mail of the shipping & handling options. We will then ship via the mode you select. Shipping options for international orders include Express Mail, Global Priority, DHL and Federal Express.

Please note that the following conditions apply to all international orders:

Purchaser assumes risk for any and all products confiscated or detained by Customs.
Sun-East Homes Sdn Bhd cannot assume such risk and cannot refund purchase price for any such products. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to know their country’s customs regulations relating to the product(s) they wish to import. Purchaser is responsible for your country’s customs or taxes.
In the event an order is returned to Sun-East Homes Sdn Bhd by Customs, refund is limited to 50% of purchase price of the product returned. Shipping and handling for such returned orders is not refundable. There is a USD50 minimum for International orders placed over the phone or Internet.
